We are located in north Leicestershire near to the M1. We are a family run business, able to cover the East Midlands area to undertake RICS Homebuyer, Building Surveys and Private Valuations.
We have over 25 years spent surveying a wide variety of properties, including previous experience of dealing with NHBC claims, Subsidence, Heave & Landslip Insurance claims, we have a broad knowledge base of domestic dwellings.
We Use the latest iPad technology to produce our reports, which are fully licensed by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you can be assured your report will be fully compliant with the latest industry developments and legislation. We usually complete and send out your report on the day of the survey so you can rest assured that we will deal with your survey quickly and efficiently.
We carry £1,000,000.00 Professional Indemnity Insurance and £2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance.
