Surveys

There are several types of surveys available on the market. Below are the types of surveys we offer.

A recent article in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors magazine reported that on average homebuyers spend £5,750 on repairs once they have moved in, often as a result of not getting the right survey done. So choosing the correct one for you is important.

This is a structural survey of the property including a description of visible defects and potential problems caused by hidden flaws. This gives an outline of repair options and the likely consequences of inactivity. It also includes advice for your legal advisers and details of serious risks and dangerous conditions. It is the most detailed and comprehensive property survey that RICS offers. It is ideal for larger or older properties.
