"Quick service turnaround. A thorough inspection was carried out using gadgets and gizmos that gave readings. Very respectful within the property. The report highlighted different area of possible concerns with some recommendations of work to be done to meet any legal standards. Very reasonably priced. I had many quotes for the same report and this was the most competitive. Communication was on point. Hopefully I wont need to use this service again for a very long time, but if I do I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!"

The service I received from AMM was exemplary.
Communication was fast and effective. The nature of the required survey was discussed and, even though I thought I might need a more expensive level 3 survey, Adrian reassured me that a less expensive level 2 would be appropriate.
The survey was performed within 2 weeks. I received a phone call that evening with a preliminary verbal report and discussion to accompany the completed level 2 report that was received the evening of the survey.
The survey ran to 80 pages and contained tens of photos that highlighted the problems with the property. The photos of the roof, loft space, boundaries and drains were especially useful. Adrian offered a further telephone discussion once I had time to cogitate and digest the report and formulate further questions.
Overall the process was quick, efficient and very professional. I would have no qualms using the services of AMM again.

Considering I had never met Adrian and had not visited the property I am looking to purchase I knew I had to trust my chosen surveyor COMPLETELY! Great communication (emails, text messages and phone calls) from both Katrina and Adrian. I was provided with the report on the same day that the survey was carried out, which was highly efficient. Adrian phoned to explain the report briefly, advising me to study it. I then arranged a phone call with him to discuss the report and get additional information for a better understanding. Adrian was extremely welcoming and professional. We spoke on the phone prior to any arrangements and a clear understanding of what I wanted was established.
AMM Surveying Services home buyers report was detailed to say the least. In-depth feedback regarding many aspects of the property were recorded and summarised. The use of a telescopic pole and digital camera made the report even more elaborate and the 50 plus photographs of the roof, guttering, garage, internal walls, boiler, electrics, loft space, garden and so on, put to rest any worries of an inadequate service.
The follow up call after receiving the report was also super helpful and clarified certain aspects that I was unsure about.
Worth every penny and more. A down to earth very friendly yet very professional company.

This was the first property I've ever had surveyed and wasn't sure exactly what was checked, I asked ammsurveying for information which was sent over promptly, I decided to go ahead with this company as they seemed very professional and very well spoken on the phone. Once I received the report I wasn't disappointed at all, whatever they were able to check was checked and photographed with loads of information and recommendations, really happy with the service provided.

I didn't have particularly high expectations for a survey, having had multiple ones done for properties previously by banks, lenders, building societies and not receiving more than a few lines about the quality of the property. But, I was so impressed with the level of detail/AMM went into with my survey. Photos were included of problem areas, a great deal of time had clearly been put into producing the document and this was done on the day the survey was carried out. Right from the start AMM were excellent with communicating, friendly, approachable and came across as though they were more than willing to help with any issues I may have. At first I get aggrieved at having to spend such a large amount of money on a survey, but having seen the document, it was well worth it and I am so pleased I did it. Would highly, highly recommend.
