Below is a small gallery to showcase some of the defects that can go unnoticed when buying a home. We feel these defects really showcase the importance of having a survey completed before buying a home to help save you money after the fact. 

A recent article in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors magazine reported that on average homebuyers spend £5,750 on repairs once they have moved in, often as a result of not getting the right survey done.
